We represent two Italian companies - Castello Monte Vibiano Vecchio and AR Alimentare. These two companies make extra high quality products developed from traditional recipes and only use the highest quality natural Italian ingredients. The Monte Vibiano products include extra virgin olive oil and dressings in assorted sizes & flavors; a separate wine importer will carry the Monte Vibiano wines and Champagne. AR Alimentare produces a thin crust, stone-baked Italian style pizza, a variety of paninis/ciabatta sandwiches, gelato and espresso coffee. Our products also include balsamic vinegar which complements the olive oils, biscotti and gift baskets. The products come in assorted packaging that work both at home and in various industries including food service, restaurant, hotels, and many more applications.

Most of the brand names used by these companies are real places they work or live in, not just made up names. They both take pride in their traditions and strive to make products to the highest quality standards, reflecting old world quality which we are bringing to the new world.
Castello Monte Vibiano Vecchio is the home of the Fasola family. The oldest parts of the castle date back to the 1st century BC, with the main living area having been renovated in the 14th century. It is located in the Italian region of Umbria, outside Perugia near the town of Mercatello. Lorenzo Fasola, the CEO of Monte Vibiano, and his father live in the castle as their ancestors have for many years.

Villa Sereni is a 15th century building where both companies have offices, and is located just down the hill from the castle located in the town of Mercatello. This serves as the headquarters for Monte Vibiano, whereas AR Alimentare has their headquarters in Rome and all other staff in Villa Sereni. |

The Certosa di Maggiano is a 14th century former monastery located in Siena, which has been converted to a five star hotel. This hotel is owned and run by the family of Giuseppe Grossi, the CEO of AR Alimentare. |

Monte Vibiano produces a very high quality extra virgin olive oil with many flavors and is available in different size bottles, from 10 ml to 100 ml. Some of these are used as dressings, others as flavored oils - all are excellent quality and win most blind taste tests. There are other combination and gift box selections available as seen on this website. They also have Italian wines and an underrated French Champagne - Delcaves - in addition to sparkling wines from both Italy & France (these will be carried by a separate wine importer).

Monte Vibiano has recently built a new state of the art winery located near their headquarters that produces excellent red wines, as well as a state-of-the art olive mill.
