Q) What is your return policy?
A) We only accept returns due to damage caused in transit, provided you notified us at the time shipment arrived; contact our Customer Service department as listed on Contact Us page or click here for our Returns & Cancellations Policy page
Q) What is your order cancellation policy?
A) Orders can not be canceled after they are shipped except when they are received and there has been damage in transit, provided you notify us at the time shipment arrived; contact our Customer Service department as listed on Contact Us page or click here for our Returns & Cancellations Policy page
Q) What are the shipping options and rates?
A) We use only UPS for all our shipping but do offer option of the US Postal Service for international shipments as it is less expensive.You choose the method of shipping you wish; the rates are shown as you select the individual items and and place in your shopping cart, and you will see the cost before you have to commit to buying; you can choose from overnight to ground shipments; Once you choose the shipping option you prefer you will proceed to payment. We are unable to provide shipping costs until you select items you wish to buy as the system requires the product information to do the calculations. We do not allow any COD shipments; all orders will include shipping & handling costs in the amount charged to your credit card.
Q) How can I obtain nutritional and ingredient information?
A) We have added this option for select items - you can click on the Nutrition/Ingredient option on right side of the screen under View or Download; then choose View or Download option as required
Q) What credit cards are accepted?
A) MasterCard, Visa & American Express only; we do not accept any other payment methods online
Q) What items are available to purchase online A) We started with assorted non-frozen products in late 2004, such as olive oils, spreads, espresso coffee, and will expand the items over the next years until we stock most of the products listed in our Product List ; wine & champagne are not available online - will be handled by a separate wine importer/distributor - call Jonathan Millen at 786.281.4302 or see http://www.dedicatodepatris.com
Q) Do you ship outside the USA? A) Yes, but the shipping charges are extra; since you choose the shipping method you can decide the cost based on when you need the products; you can choose either UPS or the US Postal Service depending on speed of service desired and cost.
Q) What is the minimum purchase required to buy online? A) Each item has a minimum that is shown while you shop, then there is an overall $20.00 minimum order required, excluding shipping & handling charges for products, and there is a $25.00 minimum for gift certificates
Q) Do you offer discounts for large volume purchases? A) Yes, there are various levels of discounts, at $70.00, $120.00, $240.00, $360.00 and $500.00; these are applied at checkout and are a % off the product cost.
Q) What is the lead time for ordering & shipping products?
A) Orders placed via the web will be shipped out the following business day, delivery will depend on the shipping option you choose; if an item is out of stock we will advise you of the expected date it will be available to ship.
Q) Is sales tax added when I buy products?
A) Sales tax is NOT applied on items sold through our website, regardless of where products ship in the USA; international shipments may have extra charges for duty, VAT or other special charges depending on the country's individual laws - all these will be the responsibility of the recepient .
Q) What local stores or distributors carry your products?
A) At this time these products are only available by ordering from our website or by ordering from our AZ warehouse; we expect to have various stores carrying our products and will add this information to our website as stores begin carrying our products. You can also check our partners that are listed for information in their areas on where these products are available
Q) How do I open a new business account?
A) Download a credit application by clicking here and print, then fill it out and fax back to number on the form
Q) If I am a business and want to open an account, how do I get a credit application?
A) click on the credit application option on right side of the screen under View or Download, then choose Download option or by clicking here; if you are not able to print this, contact us at 602.258.1158 and ask for one to be faxed to you, or send an email to info@AIP1.com and request a form to be faxed

Q) Can I buy gift certificates?
A) yes, refer to the option as you go shopping or click here; please note there is a $25.00 minimum per gift certificate
Q) Do you offer coupons?
A) Yes - we will be using coupons for assorted special promotions from time-to-time for those customers who are either registered buyers or have signed up for our Newsletter

Q) Are there any new products coming in the future?
A) The vinegar-based dressings are now available in 100 ml bottles (Spicy Lemon, Tomato chili and Oil & Balsamic Vinegar)
